Bristol Hospitality Services provides the full range of lodging development services to the international hotel community. BHS is headed by Nick Ward, who has extensive experience in developing and financing hotels in many foreign destinations and markets. Beyond his direct experience, Mr. Ward and Bristol have extensive professional resources to oversee new project design and construction, market analysis and financial engineering, negotiation of contracts among lenders, owners and operators and, upon project completion, asset management.

Previously, Mr. Ward had a successful career at Marriott International where, as Senior Vice President, he was most recently responsible for the company's lodging development activities throughout Latin America, Mexico and the Caribbean. During his 20 years with Marriott, he held various management positions with responsibility for financing the Company's international business activities and overseeing hotel development throughout the world. His development experience includes developing and financing hotels in Hong Kong, Moscow, Warsaw, Prague, London, Paris as well as more than a dozen markets in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Ward also served as a board member of Bulgari Hotels and Resorts. This joint venture between Marriott International and Bulgari of Rome was formed to create a new ultra luxury portfolio of boutique hotels in exclusive destinations around the world. The first of these hotels has opened in Milan, Italy.

Prior to joining Marriott, he spent 10 years with Citicorp, primarily in investment banking. His time with that institution included several overseas living assignments in Asia and Mexico. Mr. Ward received his Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and his Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management
